Since 2002 millions of students have used Robohand to memorize information. Robohand community of students and teachers have shared millions of flashcards. For each set of flashcards entered, the Robohand website generates over a dozen ways for users to study the information they need to learn. The variety of study activities enables users to memorize data quickly without getting bored from using a single method of study. Robohand enables teacher to quickly enter data once and have a dozen different activities created for their students to memorize facts.

Robohand founder, John Weidner, started the web site as a hobby out of his desire to contribute to the educational community. Robohand has operated as a free advertiser supported business – which is the price preferred by most students and teachers. In 2013 Robohand launched a PRO membership for users who want to be able to study without the distractions of advertisements (plans for $1.50/month, $10/year, $20/year). Robohand plan for the future is to continue to add innovative ways for users to study both on the Robohand web site and with apps on tablets and smart phones.
