Part number 1.25 -- Martin (Diskussion) 18:54, 15. Mai 2020 (CEST)

BTW super obsolete screw standard :) The current one is DIN EN ISO 4032 (2013-04-00)

Part number 2.1 -- Martin (Diskussion) 19:10, 15. Mai 2020 (CEST)

approved from my perspective; just some comments:

  • avoid "chain dimensioning" and refer to and a reference point/edge so measure tolerances don't add up when making these holes
  • hole positions are a little confusing :)
  • no tolerance class defined (I suggest "m" according to DIN ISO 2768-1), but also not crucial for this piece of hardware

Part number 2.2 -- Martin (Diskussion) 19:18, 15. Mai 2020 (CEST)

approved from my perspective; just some comments:

  • dividing line between both rectangle parts makes no sense
  • a note that all holes are ø5,5mm would be sufficient (BTW one in the lower row of holes is technically not defined :) )
  • cross out "optional", technical drawings are there to create exact replicates of a thing (within the defined tolerances)
  • no tolerance class defined (I suggest "m" according to DIN ISO 2768-1), but also not crucial for this piece of hardware

Part number 2.3 -- Martin (Diskussion) 19:24, 15. Mai 2020 (CEST)

Approved from my perspective, but please clarify, that these ø16mm circles missing are the the countersinks (which weren't defined in 2.1 or 2.2)

& define what kind of countersink you mean (I assume 16x90°)

Nice tutorial for referencing holes/threads etc. (after US standards): https://www.webpages.uidaho.edu/mindworks/Solidworks/Topic%20References/DrawingGuidelines.pdf

Part number 2.5 -- Martin (Diskussion) 19:31, 15. Mai 2020 (CEST)

width of the small rectangle is missing (I assume it's 40mm)

Part number 2.5 -- Martin (Diskussion) 19:34, 15. Mai 2020 (CEST)

just some comments:

  • please clarify countersinks; ø12mm circles can be omitted when you reference them e.g. like 12x90°) (see these pictures as example)
  • detailed view is unnecessary
  • dividing line between both rectangles makes no sense

Part number 2.7 -- Martin (Diskussion) 19:58, 15. Mai 2020 (CEST)

thread of left hole is undefined (for now it's just a hole)

→ omit the detail view and reference the holes with M5 x 20mm

Part number 2.8 -- Martin (Diskussion) 20:00, 15. Mai 2020 (CEST)

approved from my perspective, but please remove the optional part, technical drawings are there to create exact replicates of a thing (within the defined tolerances)

Part number 2.9 -- Martin (Diskussion) 20:01, 15. Mai 2020 (CEST)

approved from my perspective, but please remove the optional part, technical drawings are there to create exact replicates of a thing (within the defined tolerances)

Part number 3 -- Martin (Diskussion) 20:03, 15. Mai 2020 (CEST)

Part number 2.1 -- Micha (Diskussion) 15:32, 2. Jun. 2020 (CEST)

Should be possible to produce according to the drawing, but it's far away from a standardised one. Should use symmetry of the component, clear decimal places which are not needed. Make dimensioning suitable for production. Dimensioning of holes, clearence holes and sinks has to be adapted to the respective standards. Abscence of tolerence. Clear all "mm" in dimensioning. Mechanical technical drawings always use mm as unit, except declared different.
