This headphones project is now called the EQ-1, as our first Certified Open Source Hardware product. We will eventually be working on such improvements as:

Bluetooth wireless connectivity
Foam pads replaced with printed version, in a flexible filament

The Duli 2.0 is finally here This new design allows for maximum adjustability and comfort.

These headphones are available fully assembled via our Etsy:

headband_bottom_geared.stl x2
duli_cup.stl x2
duli_cap.stl x2
top_gear.stl x1
headband_top.stl x1
top_gear_pin.stl x1
pin1.stl x4

Non-printed components: (available as a kit via )
Speakers x2
Foam pads x2
Speaker Jack x2
22 AWG wire
1/4" Audio Cable

Solder the speaker jack to the speaker, using a short length of 22 AWG wire. Snap the speaker into the duli_cup, and tighten the nut to attach the jack to the duli_cup.

Slide the foam pad over duli_cap, and then attach to duli_cup using two copies of pin1.

Insert both headband_bottom_geared into headband_top. Once inserted fully, attach top_gear and top_gear_pin.
