Description

FABOOL Laser CO2 is the world's largest self-assembly style laser cutter and engraver.

It uses a high-power 40W CO2 laser tube, has a cutting area as big as 60cm×44cm, and is completely open source.

FABOOL Laser Mini can cut, engrave, and shape designs from a variety of materials such as wood, leather, acrylic, paper, and dozens of other materials. The FABOOL software can import data in SVG, DXF, JPEG, BMP, PNG, TIF, and GIF files.

Using a high-end motor driver and a high-speed micro-computer chip, we have created a laser cutter and engraver that fulfills the needs of personal hobbyists, designers and creators, educational institutes including:

This project contains a step-by-step instruction manual for assembly and how to use the software. It also includes the open source circuit diagram, Gerber data, mechanical designs, and driver software.
